Network requirements:

  • DHCP server is enabled and properly configured in the LAN network where the box is connected
  • The Ethernet port where the box is connected should have access to public ports 80 and 443. It is not necessary to open any input port.
  • No proxy is present in the network where the box is installed. If it is, a rule to bypass it is required
  • There are no firewall rules which block the access to *.teraservice.com
